Notre checklist des points \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Votre futur bien \u00e0 la loupe<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lorsque vous achetez un bien immobilier au Luxembourg, le vendeur est tenu de vous fournir un certain nombre de diagnostics obligatoires, comme le certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Cela ne doit nullement vous emp\u00eacher de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019inspection de la maison en vous faisant au besoin aider d\u2019un professionnel du b\u00e2timent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La toiture<\/strong>: v\u00e9rifiez qu\u2019elle est en bon \u00e9tat, demandez toutes les factures. Demandez les factures d\u2019eau et ouvrez les robinets&nbsp;! Pensez encore au r\u00e9seau d\u2019assainissement.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>L\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique<\/strong>: c\u2019est une question de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, vous devez donc vous assurer qu\u2019elle est conforme aux normes en vigueur, bien v\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9tat des prises, du tableau et des branchements.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Le syst\u00e8me de chauffage&nbsp;<\/strong>: outre l\u2019\u00e9tat des \u00e9quipements, se renseigner sur son co\u00fbt annuel est une priorit\u00e9.
