{"id":9156,"date":"2017-03-27T09:07:47","date_gmt":"2017-03-27T08:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/?p=9156"},"modified":"2022-05-12T09:27:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T07:27:11","slug":"kaerjeng-une-commune-recente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/marche-immobilier\/villes\/kaerjeng-une-commune-recente\/","title":{"rendered":"K\u00e4erjeng, une commune r\u00e9cente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re belge, au sud-ouest du Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg, la commune de K\u00e4erjeng propose un cadre de vie \u00e0 la fois naturel et industriel, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de ses nombreux habitants. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00e9 de la fusion de Bascharage et Clemency, la commune de K\u00e4erjeng a vu le jour en 2012. Elle compte aujourd\u2019hui cinq localit\u00e9s \u2013 Bascharage, Clemency, Fingig, Hautcharage et Linger \u2013 r\u00e9parties sur une superficie de pr\u00e8s de 34 km<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avec plus de 10 000 r\u00e9sidents, K\u00e4erjeng arrive en 9<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> position des communes les plus peupl\u00e9es du pays. Au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle a connu une \u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique importante. Pour preuve, depuis 2000, 1 500 habitants suppl\u00e9mentaires ont rejoint la commune. Bascharage constitue la plus grande entit\u00e9 puisqu\u2019elle regroupe plus de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents de la commune.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Malgr\u00e9 sa situation frontali\u00e8re, K\u00e4erjeng rassemble une population fortement luxembourgeoise&nbsp;: plus de 70% au 1<sup>er<\/sup> juin 2015. K\u00e4erjeng abrite la r\u00e9serve naturelle \u00ab Boufferdanger Muer&nbsp;\u00bb, situ\u00e9e entre Hautcharage et Fingig. La commune cherche continuellement \u00e0 mettre en valeur ce patrimoine, notamment via des circuits \u00e0 travers champs et for\u00eats.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parall\u00e8lement, Bascharage attire depuis longtemps bon nombre d\u2019entreprises. La zone industrielle, cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, r\u00e9unit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion et des filiales de grands groupes europ\u00e9ens. Citons par exemple Delphi Automotive Systems et Guardian Luxguard. La Brasserie Nationale, qui produit la bi\u00e8re Bofferding, y a \u00e9galement install\u00e9 sa production.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seul b\u00e9mol&nbsp;: ces nombreuses entreprises et la localisation de la commune entra\u00eenent un trafic routier dense, principalement autour de Bascharage. Pour cette raison, le Conseil de Gouvernement luxembourgeois a approuv\u00e9 un projet visant \u00e0 instaurer un contournement de la localit\u00e9. Cette initiative devrait permettre d\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner \u00e0 nouveau le centre-ville et devrait garantir \u00e0 tous un environnement serein. Pour d\u00e9sengorger encore la circulation, 60 places suppl\u00e9mentaires seront lib\u00e9r\u00e9es dans le P+R nord. L\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019un P+R sud est aussi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ce qui concerne les transports publics, K\u00e4erjeng est bien desservie, que ce soit par le bus ou par le train. Luxembourg-Ville, les communes avoisinantes et la Belgique peuvent \u00eatre rejointes facilement. Enfin, la mobilit\u00e9 douce sera prochainement renforc\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un itin\u00e9raire cyclable reliant plusieurs gares entre P\u00e9tange et Bertrange.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Plusieurs projets immobiliers en cours<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, pour accompagner la croissance de sa population, la commune a vot\u00e9 la construction de r\u00e9sidences et de lotissements&nbsp;: une r\u00e9sidence de 7 logements et de 2 maisons unifamiliales \u00e0 Bascharage, 26 maisons et 3 r\u00e9sidences collectives de 8 logements chacune \u00e0 Hautcharage ainsi que 32 lots pour des constructions d\u2019habitations unifamiliales \u00e0 Fingig. Par ailleurs, un nouveau quartier devrait bient\u00f4t voir le jour \u00e0 Hautcharage. Comme le pr\u00e9cise la commune, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;le PAP pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un lotissement avec 23 maisons unifamiliales, dont 5 isol\u00e9es, 6 maisons jumel\u00e9es et 12 maisons en bande&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.athome.lu\/blog\/recherche\/resultats\/tr\/by\/w\/a,Kaerjeng+%28LU%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Trouvez votre logement \u00e0 Kaerjeng<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Une commune qui mise sur sa jeunesse<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fusion, K\u00e4erjeng b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u00e9sormais de ressources plus importantes pour ses nombreux r\u00e9sidents. Dans ce cadre, la commune accorde une attention toute particuli\u00e8re aux \u00e9quipements d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la jeunesse car, comme le souligne le bourgmestre Michel Wolter, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;nos enfants sont une inestimable richesse, un fabuleux r\u00e9servoir de talents diversifi\u00e9s. Ils repr\u00e9sentent aussi l\u2019avenir. Il est donc primordial des les aider a\u0300 pr\u00e9parer leur futur&nbsp;de la meilleure mani\u00e8re qu\u2019il soit \u00bb<\/em>. Ainsi, on retrouve sur le territoire de nombreuses cr\u00e8ches, des \u00e9coles fondamentales, pr\u00e9coces et pr\u00e9scolaires, un lyc\u00e9e technique pour professions de sant\u00e9, une \u00e9cole de musique et deux maisons relais.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019offre en mati\u00e8re de sports est elle aussi bien \u00e9toff\u00e9e. La commune dispose d\u2019aires de jeux, d\u2019une piscine scolaire, de plusieurs centres sportifs, de terrains de football et de tennis. Il est \u00e9galement possible de pratiquer le handball, le basket, le karat\u00e9 ou encore le fitness. Mouvements de jeunesse, chorales, harmonie et th\u00e9\u00e2tre viennent compl\u00e9ter ces riches infrastructures de loisirs. En tout, pr\u00e8s de 100 associations locales animent la commune au quotidien.
