La Ville d'Ettelbruck se situe au croisement d'axes routiers d'importance régionale reliant la capitale à la Nordstad et au Nord du pays. Le site du projet est directement desservi par la rue Michel Weber (C.R. 305), liaison vers le centre d'Ettelbruck et la Commune d'Useldange. Les transports en commun La Ville d'Ettelbruck est desservie par la ligne 10 du réseau ferroviaire des chemins de fer luxembourgeois (CFL), reliant Luxembourg-Ville à Troisvierges. Plusieurs lignes de bus RGTR desservent la Ville d'Ettelbruck, en direction notamment des Communes de Diekirch, de Redange, de Wasserbillig et de Wiltz. La Ville d'Ettelbruck, faisant partie de la Nordstad, participe à la mise en place d'un service eMovin proposant des pédelecs (vélos à assistance électrique) et des voitures en mode partage. Afin d'intégrer le futur lotissement à cette dynamique écologique, le présent projet prévoit la possibilité de réaliser des bornes électriques de recharges pour des véhicules électriques. L'emplacement exact de ces bornes est à définir dans le cadre du projet d'exécution et de la convention entre le promoteur du présent projet et l'Administration Communale de la Ville d'Ettelbruck. L'arrêt le plus proche se situe dans la rue Um Boeschel desservi par la ligne Lopert du City Bus Ettelbruck à destination de la gare CFL d'Ettelbruck. Le présent projet prévoit la possibilité de créer deux arrêts de bus (City Bus, ramassage scolaire), respectivement en face des lots 50 à 53 et au niveau du lot 33. Les équipements publics Situé en périphérie proche du centre-ville d'Ettelbruck, plusieurs équipements et services publics se situent à proximité du site du projet. Ettelbruck est à environ 25 minutes du centre-ville de Luxembourg depuis la mise en service totale de l'A7 en 2015 et pas loin des grandes surfaces et centres commerciaux des localités d'Ettelbruck, Diekirch, Mersch et du Centre Hospitalier du Nord. A l'Est du site du projet se situe le centre administratif de la Ville d'Ettelbruck regroupant les services et les équipements administratifs et communaux dont l'hôtel de ville, le bureau de poste, les écoles, etc. En matière d'enseignement, la Ville d'Ettelbruck dispose d'une offre scolaire variée, allant de l'école fondamentale au lycée.
