How to make a Christmas decoration without a tree?

It is the king of the house during the Christmas season, but it is also possible that you do not have enough space for a tree... This should not prevent you from decorating your home with joy and creating a warm atmosphere.
Your Christmas atmosphere
The first step is to decide which mood you want to focus on for your home décor. There are many trends this year, from the traditional red, green and white, to natural, metallic and vintage, not forgetting of course the latest trend, Danish-style hygge. Be careful, it's not a question of completely redoing your interior, especially if you don't plan to spend these days at home, but of infusing it with the Christmas spirit. I promise, even without a tree, it's easy to do.
It may be enough to hang luminous stars, garlands and himmelis, those decorative hangers from Scandinavia, between the walls and ceiling. On tables, low furniture and consoles, seasonal branches in a vase and candles (lots of candles) are welcome.
Some bright ideas
If you like plants, here's an original idea: recreate a tree as a "picture" on the wall with a small branch and foliage. If you are more of a designer, opt for hanging glass baubles. Christmas is also about snow and mountains... With a simple roll of masking tape, as long as you have a slightly dark wall, you can create a snowy decor.
You can certainly find hundreds of other ideas on DIY websites. The important thing is to let your imagination run wild, inspired by the enchantment of the festive season. And if you are indeed inspired by hygge, all you need are a few plaids, cushions, candles and pairs of super comfy socks for the whole family. Bake a real hot chocolate and enjoy life.
