The design of this building, entrusted to the architectural firm Tetra Kayser & Associés, is based on three major motivations. First, a good integration of the building in the city center through an aesthetic identity based on a dialogue between natural stone and non-reflective glazed elements. Next, the quality of the working environment by focusing on natural lighting, climate comfort, flexibility, and maximum adaptability of workspaces. Finally, the environmental concern regarding both the quality of the surroundings and the techniques used in terms of thermal, acoustic, and energy performance. Avenue Monterey is located in the heart of Luxembourg City and its amenities.
