Office in Luxembourg-Centre Ville

The design of this building, entrusted to the architecture firm Tetra Kayser & Associés, is based on three major motivations. Firstly, a good integration of the building in the city center by an aesthetic identity relying on a dialogue between natural stone and non-reflective glass elements. Secondly, the quality of the working environment by focusing research on natural lighting, climate comfort, and maximum flexibility and adaptability of workspaces. Finally, the environmental concern both in terms of the quality of the surroundings and the techniques used at the thermal, acoustic, and energy levels. Avenue Monterey is located right in the heart of the city of Luxembourg and its amenities.
