K2 consists of six office buildings ideally located at the intersection of two major traffic axes, Boulevard Kennedy and Rue Coudenove Calerghi, right in the heart of Kirchberg. The aim was to create an open, functional, and modular environment, with maximum natural light, thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as an exceptional view of the outside. Corridors between the buildings have been established. K2 spans a site of 2.5 ha, half of which is devoted to pathways and green spaces. The buildings, positioned opposite each other, are enhanced by internal gardens, providing areas of great tranquility.
