Office in Luxembourg-Kirchberg

K2 consists of six office buildings ideally located at the intersection of two major traffic axes, Boulevard Kennedy and Rue Coudenove Calerghi, in the heart of Kirchberg. The intention was to create an open, functional, and modular environment, with maximum natural light, thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as an exceptional view of the outside. Walkways between the buildings have been designed. K2 spans a site of 2.5 hectares, half of which is dedicated to walkways and green spaces. The buildings are arranged facing each other and are enriched with interior gardens, offering very tranquil spaces.
