Office in Luxembourg-Kirchberg

K2 consists of six office buildings ideally located at the intersection of two major traffic axes, Boulevard Kennedy and Rue Coudenove Calerghi, right in the heart of Kirchberg. The aim was to create an open, functional, and modular environment, with maximum natural light, thermal comfort, and acoustic comfort, as well as an exceptional view of the outside. Walkways between the buildings have been developed. K2 spans a site of 2.5 hectares, half of which is dedicated to paths and green spaces. The buildings positioned facing each other are enhanced by interior gardens, offering very quiet spaces.
