The office building "GALILEO CENTER" built in 2011 comprises 4 floors above ground, a ground floor, a garden level, and 3 basements (9 in total) that together offer approximately 8,700 m² of office space, about 500 m² of multi-purpose spaces, around 1,200 m² of archives, and 170 indoor parking spaces. The building is constructed of solid concrete and glossy granite to ensure good thermal inertia and save energy for cooling. Additionally, the windows can be opened. The building is equipped with modern cooled metal ceilings and mechanical ventilation. The building has the shape of an open square with a main entrance that includes a lobby as well as a separate entrance for ground floor occupants. Each floor can be divided into several parts, allowing it to accommodate tenants of different sizes.
