The "GALILEO CENTER" office building, constructed in 2011, consists of 4 above-ground floors, a ground floor, a garden floor, and 3 underground levels (9 in total) that offer approximately 8,700 m² of office spaces, about 500 m² of multipurpose spaces, around 1,200 m² of archives, and 170 indoor parking spaces. The building is built with solid concrete and polished granite to ensure good thermal inertia and save energy for cooling. Furthermore, the windows can be opened. The building is equipped with modern cooled metal ceilings and mechanical ventilation. It has the shape of an open square with a main entrance that includes a lobby as well as a separate entrance for ground floor occupants. Each floor can be divided into several parts, allowing for tenants of different sizes. The 4 elevators and one staircase are located in the center of the building, while the two toilet blocks and two additional staircases are located at the upper left and lower right corners, providing a degree of flexibility.
