Office in Leudelange

ALLEGRA is a new office building located in Leudelange. The building follows a new concept of hybrid construction using wood and concrete. The building method aims to reduce the use of ressources and energies, and improve the CO2 emissions up to 90%. The building offers a total of 3.695 sqm. of office space, distributed on 3 floors. Leudelange is a growing district located at the borders of the City of Luxembourg. Ideally located near the A4 highway, for an easy access by car. The district is also located on the future line for a high-speed tram, which will connect the cities of Luxembourg and Esch. The soft mobility will also be improved thanks to the new bicycle path, which will be built parallel to the high-speed tram.
