More than 520 m² of gardens and outdoor terraces are planned on the various floors. BREEAM Excellent and Well "Gold" certifications are targeted. Boulevard Prince Henri is a parallel axis to Boulevard Royal. The area is highly regarded for the quality of its occupants, primarily active in the financial world. Notable tenants include Banque de Luxembourg, ICBC, China Merchants Bank, BNP Paribas, etc. As its name indicates, the CBD (Central Business District) covers the area located in the very center of Luxembourg City. It focuses around Boulevard Royal, one of the main thoroughfares of the capital, where national and international banks, fiduciaries, and various service providers coexist. Its real estate stock includes luxurious mansions, prestigious office buildings, and residential buildings converted into office spaces, not to mention a beautiful pedestrian area with commercial purposes, energized by large brands. Its central position allows for quick connections with other business areas of the capital, particularly thanks to a well-studied public transport network. This is the ideal location if you are looking for a prestigious location that offers excellent exposure and visibility.
