The office building ?GALILEO CENTER? built in 2011 consists of 4 floors above ground, a Ground floor, a Garden floor, and 3 basement floors (9 in total), providing approximately 8,700 m² of office space, approximately 500 m² of multifunctional space, approximately 1,200 m² of archives, and 170 interior parking spaces. The building is constructed of solid concrete and bright granite to achieve good thermal inertia and save energy for cooling. Furthermore, the windows can be opened. The building is equipped with modern metal chilled ceilings and mechanical ventilation. The structure has the form of an open square with a main entrance that includes an entrance hall, as well as a separate entrance for the occupiers of the ground floor. Each floor can be divided into several parts, accommodating tenants of different sizes. The 4 lifts and one staircase are situated in the center of the building, while the two blocks of restrooms and two additional staircases are positioned in the upper left and lower right corners, providing flexibility.
