The office building "GALILEO CENTER" built in 2011 consists of 4 floors above ground, a ground floor, a garden floor, and 3 basements (9 in total), offering approximately 8,700 m² of office space, around 500 m² of multipurpose areas, about 1,200 m² of archives, and 170 indoor parking spaces. The building is constructed of solid concrete and polished granite to ensure good thermal inertia and save energy for cooling. Additionally, the windows can be opened. The building is equipped with modern metal ceilings with cooling and mechanical ventilation. The building has the shape of an open square with a main entrance featuring a lobby as well as a separate entrance for ground floor occupants. Each floor can be divided into several parts, allowing for the accommodation of tenants of various sizes. The 4 elevators and a stairway are located in the center of the building, while the two toilet blocks and two additional stairways are situated at the top left and in the degraded right corner, providing some flexibility.
