The office building "GALILEO CENTER," constructed in 2011, consists of 4 floors above ground, a ground floor, a garden level, and 3 basements (9 in total) offering approximately 8,700 m² of office spaces, about 500 m² of multipurpose spaces, approximately 1,200 m² of archives, and 170 indoor parking spaces. The building is constructed of solid concrete and shine granite to ensure good thermal inertia and save energy for cooling. Additionally, the windows can be opened. The building is equipped with modern metal ceilings with cooling and mechanical ventilation. It has an open square shape with a main entrance that includes a lobby as well as a separate entrance for ground floor occupants. Each floor can be divided into several parts, allowing for the accommodation of tenants of different sizes.
