Studio 1 bedroom in Luxembourg-Gare

Welcome! We rent under the name of the Hôtel des Ducs, 11 recently renovated studios, furnished and equipped, by the month. We are located near Place de Paris where the tram stops. Public transport is free in Luxembourg. The central train station is just a few minutes away. Several grocery stores are around our hotel. We have a calm and serious clientele (interns from banks, or EU officials, Amazon, etc.). Our offices are located on the ground floor where you can contact us every business day if needed. The main (security) door locks automatically and opens with a badge. We rent the studios with hotel service. This means we clean and change the bedding and towels once a week. The studios have: a shower room and a kitchenette with everything necessary (plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.) Two induction ceramic hobs, microwave, extractor hood, and fridge. A very high-performance Wi-Fi connection and a satellite connection with 100 TV channels. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer to share. (Three monthly uses included, a contribution to the cost of three euros will be requested for any additional use of the two machines.) The rent: We ask for 1750 euros per month, (2000 euros for the elevated floor - penthouse) ALL included, payable in advance each month. No agency fees, no insurance, no deductions for water, electricity, and others. Payment is required for the badge to be validated and open the door. We will establish a lease contract to allow you to register as a resident in Luxembourg.
