How to make an original wall decoration?

All it takes is a little time, a good dose of imagination and a certain gift for DIY to make a success of an original wall decoration. Mural, relief, stickers... we reveal you the ideas to personalize your walls.
Reinventing wallpaper
Even if it has made a comeback after being abandoned for a while in favour of paint, traditional wallpaper is no longer enough to make us happy. However, when it meets our creative desires 100 %, we say yes! Nowadays, we're falling for the hyper-customisation trend. Family or travel photos, breathtaking landscapes or motifs that we have drawn ourselves, anything can be transposed onto wallpaper. But be careful not to overdo it, and be content with personalising just one wall per room to create a truly unique atmosphere without being too over-the-top.
We are exhibiting our DIY creations!

There's nothing like getting carried away by the Do It Yourself wave to create decorative objects that will sublimate our walls. Knitting or crochet addicts will proudly display a multitude of colourful pompons, which harmoniously arranged, will bring a cocooning touch to a room. Of course, we can do the same with hand-painted wooden birdhouses and why not take the opportunity to try out painting on earthenware.
We dare to use exposed pipes!
While there is always a tendency when renovating to want to build everything in, there are some things that deserve to be allowed to breathe. Copper piping, for example, can bring an industrial chic look to your room if it is properly refurbished.
Stickers are used
But beware, it is no longer a question of buying floral stickers or dressing up your walls with philosophical expressions, from now on, you let your imagination run free. A roll of black tape is enough to turn a simple white wall into an invitation to travel... You can create imaginary doors, cages that you like to free yourself from and add a touch of acidic colour with objects that you have taken the time to find.
