Interview : Meet Stéphanie, our Office Manager!

Discover the portrait of the week!

Stephanie joined atHomeFinance as Office Manager 2 years ago. She is the first person you see when you enter our office. She always welcomes you with a smile! Stéphanie also gave us an interview, we let you discover her profile.

  1. Moien! How are you doing? Can you tell us about your career in a few words?
I am very well thank you! I started my professional career in France with a secretarial/accounting diploma at the SNCF. Then, I worked for a few years as a multi-purpose secretary in a transport company and then ... I arrived in Luxembourg! First I was a reception and administrative agent in a security company and finally Office Manager at atHomeFinance.
  2. So you, Stephanie, are not a broker. Tell us about your role!
I am the Office Manager! I manage the reception of clients and the agency's administration. I also look after the well-being of the brokers and help them with certain administrative tasks. It's quite varied!
  3. What do you like most about atHomeFinance?
The atmosphere of course and the work itself! This is the most important thing for his health.
  4. What is the most unusual request you have ever had?
I have several clients who have asked me for an appointment to visit a property.
  5. What is your greatest achievement at atHomeFinance?
The Christmas tree! It's still beautiful! No, seriously, I would say to help brokers on a daily basis with small details that make their life easier!
  6. Tell us in a few words the different ways to make an appointment with a broker!
Customers have multiple possibilities to make an appointment: via our website atHomeFinance, by phone, with the QRcode on the business cards and flyers or by clicking on the email signature of the broker and of course in the branch! It is up to them to choose the one that suits them best.
  7. If you had one piece of advice for people who want to take out a mortgage, what would it be?
I leave it to the brokers, our experts in this field, to answer this question!
