Interview: discover your Klerina broker!

New week, new portrait!

Klerina joined atHomeFinance on 10 August. Thanks to her previous experience in the French brokerage industry, she has quickly found her feet within the agency. Find out more about her profile this week, she will also explain the adjustable rate.

  1. Moien! Or should I say Pershendetje, you who speak Albanian! Can you tell us about your background in a few words?
Yes, I'm fine, thank you! I did a BTS in banking and insurance and then before coming to atHomeFinance, I was a broker in France in credit repurchase.
  2. What do you like most about atHomeFinance?
What I enjoy most is making physical appointments with my clients. When I was a broker in France, it was only by phone so the relationship is not the same. Working atHomeFinance is also an enrichment and a different culture from what I have known until now. It's really something I like.
  3. What is the most unusual meeting you have ever had?
I didn't have any unusual appointments, but once I got a call about renting a flat, even though we are not an estate agency at all!
  4. What is your greatest achievement at atHomeFinance?
My integration and the good understanding with my colleagues. This is something very important to feel good in your company. And then there is also my whole training, which is a great achievement.
  5. Explain the adjustable rate in one sentence.

This is a rate fixed for part of the total duration of the loan. After this fixed period, the loan can be renegotiated. Depending on the client's life plan, this type of rate can be very interesting.
  6. If you had one piece of advice for people who want to take out a mortgage, what would it be?
To get started! Then, when they start to take the steps to realise their property project, we will be there to guide them.
