A guarantee accessible to all: 

The Grand Duchy wanted to respond to the problem of how to develop new guarantees accessible to all. It is difficult to find a cassette buried in the garden like Harpagon... but everyone has a Monopoly game at home. Thus, everyone who goes to the bank for a financing application will be able to accept this new guarantee.
