A campaign for the property industry

In this very particular context, which is reflected in a rise in key interest rates, buyers are increasingly reluctant to invest. The second factor is that purchases are becoming rarer: unfamiliarity with the Luxembourg market in relation to the real estate brokerageand the resulting financing solutions.
This is the logic behind that our next communication campaign has been created & imagined to prove to future buyers that home ownership can be an attractive option. simpler & more accessible than they really think.
Whether it's during the search phase & the signing of a compromisOur aim is to make people realise that the Finance Check, the certificate that certifies the borrowing capacity of future buyers, is an essential part of the process of buying a home. an important tool to make a successful purchase, especially in 2022.
Once the agreement has been signedWe had to make it clear that a broker could provide future buyers with visibility on the different payment solutions that banks can offer. Very few people in Luxembourg know and/or understand that one bank may be better than another depending on the project, or whether the buyer is a first-time buyer, a second-time buyer, and so on.
To further embody this messagewe have worked closely with a creative agency based in Luxembourg to summarise all these points in thea dynamic and entertaining video. Open in a new window here.
Our campaign begins from Octoberin the same week as HOME EXPO and our webinar on real estate, with more than advertising on JC Decaux billboards. We'll also be back in November with a second week of posters.
We will also be present at the cinemawith broadcasts during of the 3 weeks with the highest attendance at the end of the year (including the release of the long-awaited second instalment of Avatar). We'll also be present on Luxembourg radio, on Eldoradio.
