What is the budget for buying a flat in Luxembourg?

Prices of flats according to the number of rooms
In the autumn of 2018, a budget of €460,983 (posted price, all surfaces combined) is required to buy an old flat in Luxembourg, an increase of 8% over the last 12 months. Prices have particularly increased in the 2nd and 3rd quarter of this year.
With the exception of studios, all types of flats have seen their prices rise between 7 and 12 % over one year.
