Would you like to live in 24 square metres?

In order to save space in large cities, living areas are being reduced. Interior designers are now devising ingenious layouts for micro-surfaces.
Take a look! It seems incredible, but this elegantly decorated loft occupies an area of only 24 square metres!

Interior design and layout

Taking advantage of the generous height of the small room, designer Tatiana Shishkina has created a stylish living space using dark colours and refined furniture.

Thanks to the intelligent layout of the space, the choice of furniture and functional accessories, this loft is characterised by its strong personality, in a unique blend of style inspired by luxury residences.

A small entrance leads to the living room and kitchen where the dark tones respond to the natural light through the large windows and the white parquet floor.

Natural light plays a decisive role in this environment. It is thanks to this that the designers were able to play with the dark tones of the walls and furniture in this small space.

The kitchen is well separated from the rest of the living area.

A staircase leads to the sleeping area and a small office space on the mezzanine. Here there is also a storage area, hidden behind a curtain. The light in the ceiling creates a warm atmosphere in the room.

Even the small bathroom is well equipped, located on the lower floor of the flat, and decorated in the same theme as the whole flat, in dark tones.

Are you convinced? Would you be prepared to live in 24 m2?
