Prices per square metre of new flats
Prices for new flats have increased by an average of +7% over the last 12 months. You should now expect a price per square metre of 6,143 euros to become the owner of a new flat in Luxembourg (all surfaces included).
In 2017, the average price difference between old and new buildings was therefore 24%. This difference can be explained in part by the quality of materials and the high energy performance of new buildings in Luxembourg. These requirements are undoubtedly pushing up prices.
